Salman Khan is a force to reckon with and Bhai-fandom is always interested in watching him on the big screen. Fans enjoy watching him as a clean-shaven undercover cop in 'Wanted' as much as the happy-go-lucky crooked cop sporting a moustache in 'Dabangg.' In 'Bharat,' he had as many as five different looks that made fans go ga-ga the moment the posters came out. In 'Ready,' he was as casual as one should be while participating in the Being Human fashion show. All this has happened after 2009, which his fans call as the Post-Wanted career after he discovered how his films do well on Eid. Before this, there have been many films of the actor from the ’90s that sank without a trace but left a mark with the weird style experiments. Here are some of them:-

1. Suryavanshi

‘Suryavanshi’ has been one of the biggest flops of Salman Khan's career till date. A weak storyline and over-the-top acting by everyone set this film to fail. However, the biggest criticism Salman received for the film was about his look. Filmmakers tried to replicate the He-Man look and failed miserably. The one noteworthy thing is that Salman Khan has blonde hair on his head but filmmakers forgot to shave off his black chest hair!

2. Sanam Bewafa

This 1991 movie starring Salman Khan showcased the chocolate boy look which was an instant hit back in the day. This also made Salman Khan a lady killer as ladies were would just go ga-ga whenever he appeared on the silver screen. In this movie, he wears a headgear throughout the film and we are guessing looking at this look now Salman himself would be cringing.

3. Dil Tera Aashiq

Salman was paired with the then reigning queen of Bollywood Madhuri Dixit in this 1993 box-office flop. Who could believe that a man who is the country’s biggest style icon, the same man who has made his ‘Being Human’ tees a nationwide rage, once wore that t-shirt.

4. Auzaar

We all know that Salman Khan is a very generous man and his generosity is not only limited to his fans but also extends to family members including brother Sohail Khan. One of the movies directed by Sohail Khan was the 1997 film 'Auzaar.' The film shows Salman Khan playing an undercover CBI officer but the dressing and the looks were too stylish even for the character. In one of the songs 'Masti Ka Aalam Aaya Hai,' he is seen dancing in denim short which are so tight that it would suffocate the life out of his genitals!

5. Saawan

We know Salman is a man with a big heart when he does movies like 'Saawan -The Love Season' for his old friends like director Saawan Kumar Tak. In this film, Salman tried to re-create his very popular ‘Tere Naam’ look, but neither the look nor the movie was able to re-create the magic.
